About this blog

In my opinion, ACT is the single most useful tool for personal fulfillment and well-being. As great as ACT can be as an intervention, I believe that its true power comes from consistent long term use of the techniques. Speaking from experience, it can be difficult to keep up and so easy to fall back into old patterns. This blog contains my thoughts on the impact of ACT in my life, advice, resources and hopefully you'll find something to help prompt and expand your continuing journey with ACT.
